'I have no words', 'Your clock is ticking' - Rangers fans destroy Sam Lammers after display in 1-1 v Limassol

Rangers fans have lost their patience with Sam Lammers after yet another poor performance in their 1-1 draw to Aris Limassol on Thursday night (30 November).

A sluggish performance from Philippe Clement’s side was saved by substitute Ross McCausland who bagged the equaliser in the early stages of the first half.

The Gers remain in a strong position in Group C of the Europa League and will continue their European journey regardless of the result of their away trip to Real Betis as they can’t finish lower than third.

However, fans were not happy with the performance at Ibrox and were especially fuming with Lammers who was wasteful on the ball and hauled off before the hour mark.

They have taken to social media to berate the 26-year-old, and many feel his time in Glasgow should already be up.

One fan mocked Lammers and claimed his substitution was the best part of Rangers’ display other than McCausland’s equaliser.

Another has not given Lammers much time to step up his game.

This fan was baffled that Clement left Lammers on the field for so long, especially when Todd Cantwell was withdrawn before him.

This fan feels Lammers has made Rangers history as their worst-ever signing.

One Gers fan can’t understand how Clement sticks with the Dutchman for most games.

This fan warned Clement that he can’t have a “blindspot” for Lammers.

This supporter is hopeful that his appearance against the Cypriot side will be his last ever in a Rangers shirt.

This fan got the same feeling when Lammers was subbed off as he does when winning a trophy.
